What is Your Hourly Rate?
I do not charge an hourly rate. I charge by the job using standard labour motor guides to build an estimate.
Can I supply my own parts?
No. I can meet or beat most prices. I can not warranty customer supplied parts.
What is your warranty?
I will warranty any job that I performed as recommended, will come with a 12 month unlimited mileage parts and labour warranty. Some components come with longer warranties and I will warranty the components for the duration of their manufacturer warranty (ie life time warranties) but labour will not be under warranty for those circumstances. Some conditions apply.
Do you have a service call price?
Yes. $49.99 for any service call.
Do you do oil changes?
Yes. Oil changes from 60 dollars up depending on filter/oil recommendation and capacity.I will put down equipment under your car to ensure no drips and will take before and after pictures of your driveway to ensure transparency.
Do you charge taxes?
Yes all legal businesses have too report income and pay taxes. As a legal licensed business I have a PST/GST number registered with Canada Revenue Agency.
How do you provide invoices?
My invoices are paperless through my shop management service. You will be sent a pdf format through e-mail. Estimates will also be sent via email or verbally in certain situations to decrease our environmental footprint.
